FAQ
Everything you need to know about our Behavioral Economics programs, formats, and policies.
Do I need a background in economics?
No. Our beginner courses use plain language with step-by-step worksheets. Intermediate and Advanced tracks assume basic familiarity with experiments and statistics, but no formal economics degree is required.
How are courses delivered?
We offer Self-paced, Cohort, and Live Bootcamp formats. Self-paced includes videos and worksheets; Cohorts add peer review and live Q&A sessions; Bootcamps are instructor-led with capstone projects.
Are certificates available?
Yes. Upon successful completion and assessment you receive a verifiable certificate from VitalBridge Collective documenting the skills demonstrated.
What is your refund policy?
Self-paced: full refund within 7 days if under 20% progress. Cohort and Bootcamp: full refund up to 7 days before start, partial thereafter. Details are listed in our Terms.
Can you train my team?
Absolutely. We adapt modules to your industry and run in-house cohorts. Start by sharing your goals on the Contact page.
How do you handle ethics?
We emphasize guardrails including reversibility, informed consent, clear opt-out paths, and harm review at every stage. We avoid dark patterns and publish rationales for any choice architecture used.
Do you provide company-specific examples?
Yes. Case prompts allow you to insert your own flows, metrics, and constraints. Instructors give individualized feedback on your artifacts in cohort and bootcamp formats.
What support is available?
Office hours, discussion boards, and rubric-aligned feedback are included with every cohort. Optional 1:1 consultations are available for complex decisions.
